Thank you for choosing SimplifyNote. We are committed to providing you with the best service possible. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your subscription or request a refund. This policy outlines our cancellation and refund process for SimplifyNote.
Subscription Cancellation:
You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your subscription will be terminated at the end of the current billing cycle. To cancel your subscription, you can do so by contacting our customer support team at simplifynote@gmail.com. Once you have contacted us, we will confirm your cancellation and provide you with a confirmation email.
Refund Policy:
If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at simplifynote@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and provide us with your order details. We will review your request and, if approved, process the refund within 7-10 business days.
Please note that we cannot issue refunds for subscription renewals or purchases made outside of SimplifyNote. Additionally, we reserve the right to deny a refund request if we suspect abuse of our refund policy or if we determine that the request is fraudulent.
Changes to Pricing Terms:
We reserve the right to change our pricing terms for subscriptions at any time. We will notify you in advance of any changes becoming effective, and the changes will apply only to subscription renewals after the notification. If you do not agree with the changes, you may choose not to renew your subscription.
Future Functionality:
Your subscription is not contingent on the delivery of any future functionality or features. Any comments made by SimplifyNote regarding future functionality or features are not binding.
